Tried to get authorization for a return never got a response. The sets I received is not what's shown on my order. Not very pleased with this company. I will not order anything else from them.

This is the worst company ever for delivery of product and returns. Zero customer service. You can email or call for weeks and no response whatsoever. Not even a return email. Should've paid better attention to the massive amounts of poor /scam reviews. They're so true SCAM! Don't buy from them. Cheap quality products and the worst customer service ever.

Non-responsive to customer needs, especially when it comes to making an exchange. Definitely will contact the BBB. Their motto: "If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied" is false.

My order was “lost” for over 45 days, and they ignored every email, had no working phone number, and offered zero customer support. Once they take your money, they disappear. When the items finally arrived, they were shockingly cheap, flimsy, and nothing like the pictures online — pure bait-and-switch. There’s no way to get a refund or reach anyone. This isn’t just bad service — it’s fraudulent and deceptive. They’re taking people’s money and delivering garbage. People deserve to be warned. Avoid this company at all costs — they should be shut down.
