I have ordered from this company maybe 20 times. I have had a couple of glitches where part of my order didn't arrive, but I e-mailed them and they sent a replacement order. I don't know if it was a problem with customs or the Post Office, however most of the time i have had no problems, and besides, they are the only company that carries my brand.

I have been a customer of Dutyfreedepot for more than ten years. I have received every order on time, and with no problems. They respond quickly to emails. Also, unlike other similar websites, this one has a telephone contact, and someone actually answers! If you want cheaper cigarettes, this is the place to go.

The quality of the cigarettes is really good. Payment is simple. Due to unforseen reasons there were some delivery problems, but the customer service dealt with it promptly and efficiently.
