Best prices EVER!
It does take a while, and sometimes the orders have trouble getting to you, but if you contact them via Facebook, they reship ASAP. Thomas in Customer Service is very nice!

AWESOME SITE!
I've been buying cartons of Newports here for over 7 years. A couple years ago I had several problems with my orders getting lost or delayed, etc. etc. etc. and it was very frustrating. This past 6 months though I've seen a HUGE improvement. I now get my packages in about a week and I don't have to wait for additional packages ~ get all 7 cartons in one package. Sure I am paying more for shipping but worth it for the speedy service. Thanks Duty Free Depot <3

I ordered online and at first thought there was a problem. It took a minute to all get on the same page (different time zones/different countries), but once done, everything was fine. Their staff is actually really great and I appreciate the time everyone took helping me. I will definitely order from Dutyfreedepot again. Thanks everyone!
