Shipping is the problem. Other than that, I received my merchandise complete even though they have to resend several times. They are responsible bunch of workers. I can count on their integrity to see thing through.

Trustworthy company. There are often issues with customs and order can take a few months to receive/complete but they do stand by their orders. Not real happy about the new shipping charges, but...

They've always done good by me. So wish I had known the shipping was going to go up so I could have ordered up a bunch beforehand. Anyway so far they've been easy to deal with, always sent what I ordered, sometimes it takes a long time but I don't think that's their fault. I live in the state of North Carolina which was once the state that grew the most tobacco but our government does everything it can to keep us down & stopped the farmers from growing hardly any, I think it's a shame that with our good growing conditions we have to order from another country to be able to afford them. We have a stupid government. I hope this site will allow us to change our opinion of Duty Free should they ever change, thank you.

I was reluctant to order Karelia ome menthol cigarettes from this company after reading the reviews, I did however, and received then within 10 days. I cannot complain at all and will definitely be ordering again.

First order I placed arrived within ten days and everything was true to the order. Great service, shipping was much faster than what I expected but they should try to answer emails a little bit faster. Nontheless, great communication when necessary. I'd recommend to friends.

My order arrived today in under 2 weeks of shipping date and I am very happy. One thing to note however is that the cigarettes smell a little weird (I am paranoid because some people on here said they sell fakes) but this is a new brand of cigarettes I am trying so maybe it is supposed to smell like that (I have never tried menthols before). The customer service is great. They always replied to my email inquiries promptly and helped me get information on my order. I will likely be ordering from dutyfreedepot again when this carton runs out.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of one hiccup. My order took about 30 days to get here. I ordered and after about 2 weeks I requested a tracking number. I found out in the reply the product I ordered was out of stock. But a couple days later it was in and shipped out. We discussed changing my order at that time but I ended up getting what I ordered. And once shipped it arrived quite fast. Product was fresh, genuine and a great deal. I am ordering again this week so I will have the next order arrive before I run out. The communication via email was courteous and prompt replies to my questions. Thanks Duty free depot, I am now a solid customer and glad you carry my brands of choice (though am ordering something this time I have never had but from a brand I trust)
