I have been waiting since April 2019 for my order,when I filed a complaint in June they re shipped my order,again it has been lost at customs in New York.I have been calling and writing to their site and receive answers stating that they will re ship ( hasn't happened ) or repeatedly asking for my order # which I have given every time.....at this point I would just like my money refunded

Shady business.Ordered over a month ago and still waiting.When trying to contact them they pretend that they don't hear you and hang up on you.Basically I was robbed of $200.No wonder they don't accept credit cards anymore, because they are afraid of chargeback.Avoid at any cost

Order of 6 cartons was placed November 2018. 3 cartons arrived in December 2018 and the other 3 + 1 bonus still are not delivered and it is almost end of July 2019. Latest reply to complaint was "waiting for fresh stocks".

Have been a customer for many years. Last order has been held up in New York customs, even though I paid extra for shipping. For one week I have had no response via email, nor does anyone answer their phone. It seems I have lost $416.00. Be aware of this company.

Very bad experience. I was the very loyal customer and ordering a lot from dutyfreedepot. But recently, for the 2nd time they are not sending me my order, and blaming post office service for it. When i am asking to get the refund from post office they are refusing it. The guy named Alex contacted on June and asked to place an order, saying that he is gonna take care of the order this time and guaranteed that nothing is gonna happened with the order. i tried to call him back to inform that i received 3rd part of my order, the phone got disconnected.

I place order for 12 cartons of Karelia Blue cigarettes on December 18,2018. 8 cartons came in February I try to call Dutyfreedepot, no answer, I sent an email - no response. I think no more orders from this site. I have been ordering cigarettes from this site for a very long time (over 10 years) and before if some items were missing they reshipped in short period of time, but this time is almost 6 months and nothing is happening. All missing items disappeared in New York. Whenever items were shipped trough San Francisco there was no problem. Bogdan Bzowski

I have ordered 3 packages of cigarettes in February 2019. So far received only one. Complains go unanswered. Nobody takes call at customer service. I have been buying for years but I don't think I will buy any more. Company became unreliable.

Duty free depot has to be stop. I can not believe they have such a site on line and this site should be banned and immediately taken off line. Sites like this give the internet a bad name. They will take your money and not deliver your goods. Will not answer your phone calls or emails.I wasted over eight months trying to contact them to receive my order and will spend another eight months if it takes trying to shut them down.Do not buy from them or you will be in the same situation.
