In dealing with DFD for a number of years, on several occasions there have been problems with delivery, usually lost in transit packages. Without fail DFD has taken care of the problem and completed the order. I am most pleased with the dependability and will continue to do business with this reliable organization.

The company does state that it can take months for items to arrive. I ordered 6 cartons first off and after some 7 weeks - nothing had arrived. I received a letter from customs to say that they had been seized. I contacted Duty Free depot who sent 3 cartons of a different brand (twice as expensive) These cartons arrived without incident. I have now placed another order for 3 cartons. Hopefully they will arrive! Thanks duty free depot

They always follow through either with re-shipments or refunds. It is customs that keep causing problems not DUTY free Depot.

Had a few problems with half of my order coming and the other half getting lost . Their customer service was great at helping me track them and to reship the half that didn't show up. Took alittle longer than expected, but it was the U.S. customs I think that was holding it up .. Great prices .. Nice site

Hey Patrick, I can see you have been in contact with my support team. It looks like there is something wrong with your internet settings as we have checked you account and have no problem logging in to your account. I would suggest trying to use FireFox or Chrome and see if it works for you. If not you can try deleting your cookies and history as this sometimes helps or try restoring your internet setting to default. beenpurchasing items from dfd for years now, shipping and execution use to be great, until recently, when the usps has caused problems with the receipt here. I did email in the past, but now I find calling the reps overseas (number listed on website) works out the confusion and any problems you may have encountered when placing or receiving an order from them. Patience is important in receipt of your goods because of the mail system here in the USA, but the company does stand behind you and endeavors to replace what you are have not received. They are cordial, thorough, and responsive. best to work with one person who will become familiar with your problem and expedite anyremediation. I have found that they are a great company but customs in the US is tough on any packages arriving from Israel or Cyprus.
