DutyfreedepotReviews of dutyfreedepot.com

I am a customer of Duty Free Depot for many years and always have been satisfied with their business. They are always on time. For lost or damaged products they will even send a replacement at no charge. Great customer service. Vilen

Been buying camel lights for over a year never a problem

I had a bad experience last year with a Ukranian company but decided to try online purchase one last time. I have had no problems and received a very courteous and professional phone call from their office when there was a problem using a Spanish credit card. I've just placed a repeat order...... No I don't work for the company!

I rarely write any product / website reviews and was nervous when I placed an order on dutyfreedepot.com due to all of the negative feedback! I placed an order approx. 2 weeks ago for delivery to Canada and received my order today. The item was very quickly delivered to Canada, I didn't have to pay any duties and the product was as described. A lot of people are saying that all of the positive reviews are from employees of dutyfreedepot.com but I can assure you that this review is based on actual customer experience. I have NO IDEA why others have had such issues, I will be placing another order tomorrow. If anyone doubts the validity of this review please feel free to contact me.

I have never had a problem with this company, I order my items, pay by echeck and have them in 2 wks. I get confirmation that my order went thru. That is it. I am + that if there where unhealthy substances being put in these cigs that this company would have been shut down along time ago. Thank you dutyfree and keep up the good work.

I am a very satisfied customer who has bought many products with the company. The service always is very relieable and the products top quality.
