Fake business, liars and crooks. My honest advice: don't do business with them as you'll be sorry. Ordered mid May 2015, now disputing the charge on my Visa card.

They take your money and don't deliver. They say they will reship, but still nothing. Finally, they told me they would issue a credit. We shall see. Don't do business with this company.

I ordered 6 Thierry Mugler roll-on deodorants and I received 6 Lady Speed Stick deodorants instead. It's true that the prise was extremely low for a Thierry Mugler product, but when they called me to confirm the order, I asked if the products were for real and they said yes. Only after receiving the order I have realised that on their website there is no Contact Section, only an invalid phone number, and also if you want to leave a review, that's not possible. I sent n email and no answer! I am going to report this company! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM !!

Wasn't surprised when the expected allocated date of delivery came and went......waited further.....still no delivery. However, I did receive a reply to my email regarding the non shipment in good time. No refund was given but they offered to re ship the order. I was skeptic about this and decided to write it off under the headline: 'things to never ever do again' and put it down to experience. A couple of weeks later I was surprised when the shipment arrived although, my delight was short lived. The box and pouches bore the branded name/packaging but as for the tobacco itself.....not as we know it :(

Hi i have sent this company three emails with no reply to either of them and every time i phone the 0800 no it is just an engaged tone . I placed an order on the 28th march for drum tobacco the money was taken out right away it is now middle of may and still no comunacation so if youse are not sending my order i would like my money back.

I placed an order on 4/24 and tried to follow up this week in several ways, all of which escalated my suspicions: 1) No response to my emails; 2) My order number is "invalid" according to their order status search; 3) My call to customer service was disconnected when I asked to speak to a supervisor (after the imbecile who answered could not offer me any information). After I ordered, I was called by a cheery gent named Simon Degeron to confirm that I was a real person and to assure me that my order was placed correctly. Simon, where are you now?? I will contest the charges and advise you to do the same if you are awaiting an order. Caroline Hanssen

I ordered april 7th and did not get my order, when they finally answered 5 days ago, I was told my package was 'lost' and they had to re ship...all of this without informing me.....now they say I have to wait 2 weeks before I can get a refund....and the second shipping number is bogus! If I do not recieve my order, I will file a report with the police as well as USPS since they are using bogus USPS shipping info. Now that will make it Federal!.

I ordered a carton of vogue menthol on 7 April.... No update and no goods received.. Want a refund
