DutyfreedepotReviews of dutyfreedepot.com

There's only one government store in Quebec that sells alcohol. I order a bottle of Vodka on Dutyfreedepot.com to check the reliability. The Vodka came close, but Canada Post returned it to them. Even if the bottle is still on it's way back, they sent me another one to try again. I received it. Very good service and communication with Dutyfreedepot.com. I recommend it Thanks JC

Been ordering from them for about a year or two. On last order 3 cartons came as expected but the other 3 were a no show. Emailed customer service and after a brief convo they sent another 3 cartons to co plate order and asked if I get two shipments that I pay for the extras. No problem I said and they came thru with flying colors.

I have to say,my experience with this company was positive. The service was excellent!! Delivery was somewhat questionable on the USA side. With other words, the mailman only comes to knock on your door once. If you are not home, they will leave a note, telling you to pick up the package at your local post office. If you don't respond, and pick up your cigs....the post office will send the package back to origin of country. That's how it really works. My experience with this company was nothing but a positive one.The 800 number is a legitimate toll free. I will shop there again, and highly recommend them.My rating was a 10. ************
