I was a customer over five years and had no problem. In June DFD added shipping costs but I didn't have a problem with that. BUT my order was NEVER received. DFD said there was a holdup at one point and they would resend my order. After four "we will resend your order" I called to complain but my calls went unanswered, it would go to voice mail with the message "the party is unavailable." I contacted them by email and asked for a refund. I got my refund finally but it was not for the entire amount.

I have wrote reviews about company like this many times as I would buy just to see the performance and loyalty of the company. And many times I will end up burned as many others. But its ok as I do this just to see what they are all about. Unless you can use PayPal for all of your transactions... DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!! 99% of the time they control your money.

I decided to take my chances after reading mixed reviews. I ordered two cartons of cigarette in March and never received them (it's now August). I emailed them and was told that it was my fault that I didn't check sooner. I asked them what carrier they used and have gotten cagey and vague emails ever since, even quoting shipping to the wrong country. They still they haven't told me what carrier was used to ship the items. They did not offer to refund my money, just to give me $9 in shipping refund. I keep getting carbon copy replies to my questions and no actual information. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I have ordered from Duty Free a few times since January, 2015, and had poor experiences in all but 2 orders. The last order began on May 24, 2015. It was supposedly sent a total of 3 times. I was informed after numerous phone calls and emails that this was the maximum amount of times that the order could be reshipped. If I am given a refund, I can no longer order from Duty Free. They offered me a "store credit" and told me that an agent would call to place my order again. When this happened, they told me that I owed them an additional shipping cost. I advised them that I would NOT pay an additional cost. I am not sure if I will ever get my order. I am very dissatisfied with this company, their service, and their lack of service. I would advise anyone AGAINST ordering from them.

I made an order for 1400 cigarettes and have received 400 Tried emailing multiple times and still waiting for a reply almost a month later Shocking and a waste of money

This order was placed on behalf of my 90 year old mother on 5thApril over three months ago! The order was for 400 menthol cigarettes costing her $163.54. The money was taken from her account immediately. After many weeks of waiting, she received half of her order. We are still waiting for the other cigarettes over three months later !! Over the last three months I have written a dozen emails to your company. Mom wants the rest of her cigarettes. Do I have to request a refund on her credit card??

I have been using this company on and off for a few years. Their product is much cheaper than the market price. One week ago, I made a $280 order. But, I found out that it will take more than 3 weeks for the goods to arrive. I asked for a refund. However, the company sent me an email: "You have requested a refund back into your credit card/bank. Unfortunately, it is our policy that customers who are refunded will not be able to order with us or any affiliated company of ours again as refunds hurt our working relationship with our bank." I am speechless.

Ordered mid-March, no delivery as items were reshipped and lost twice. Contacted them mid-May for a refund where they emailed me back stating I would not be able to reorder ever again ??? from them since I'm requesting a refund. This was the only reason they stated for this. Question..am I supposed to let you keep my money, and do you actually expect me to reorder ever again after this experience??? And still, NO REFUND RECEIVED!!
