Deceptive marketing and rude customer service
A couple of hours after I made a purchase, I received a quite deceptive email inferring that my purchase did not go through, including this statement: "Your selected items are waiting for you to complete your purchase" followed by a link back to my shopping cart. It was a ruse to get me to return to the website and shop some more. My order was fine. It was already being processed. There was no apology, just a salesman named Alex who did nothing but argue with me.
