I am still waiting for the product, and I was never given a delivery date. So I have no idea if or when it is arriving.

I don’t like leaving a bad review but I’ve been trying to get a response for over a week and my emails and messages have gone unanswered. I purchased 2 clear polishes, 3 light colors, and a cuticle oil. I had used the clear for a couple days when I decided to try one of the colors. When I took them out of the box I noticed that they all looked exactly the same. I thought maybe it was just the bottle so I painted each one of my nails a “different” color. They were all the EXACT same color. Oddly enough the stickers on the bottom of the bottles were all different and matched the different polishes that I ordered! I was really disappointed but understand that things happen. I guess I’m more upset by the lack of response and effort to fix the situation!

I ordered this product based on their rave reviews. I received the product and proceeded to use it based on the directions. My nails started burning within 20 minutes and the burning sensation lasted 30 to 45 minutes. I reached out to the company and explained to them what happened. I was told that another type of polish would be sent to me (one that was for sensitive nails). I never received the product, I never heard back from anyone nor did I receive a refund.

This first time order has been in NY for days. I’m in NB Canada about nine hours away from NY so I’m not understanding what is taking so long to get to Canada

Hi Nicole, we apologize the package is taking a little extra time. The package was shipped out the same day as the order was placed. All our packages ship by USPS. I am very disappointed in this company. I have been using your product for years. But last week when I ordered, I didn't know that a 20% discount would be offered two hours later. I asked for an adjustment, but of course it wasn't granted. Don't know if I will order again.
