Two of my nails look like they want to fall off since using your product.

I’ve been using Rejuvacote 2 for almost a month, following the provided instructions, and unfortunately I haven’t noticed any improvement in my nail strength at all. I’ve always had hereditary flat and weak nails, and I was hoping this would help me finally be able to grow them out. Rejuvacote at least works as a top coat, so there’s that.

The first time I ordered the polish had a faint pink tint & worked great. No more peeling nails. I gave it a 5 star rating. The second time I ordered I received 2 bottles & the polish was clear. It peeled off in 2 days. I wasted my money. Very disappointed with the consistency of quality of this product.

The product wasn’t sent correctly then when I complained the product was resent but I was charged almost $100 for postage cash on delivery but wasn’t told that would be the case. I love the products but the service was disappointing and I do not want to repeat the experience.

The price and quickness in which I received the polish is not the issue. What I found was the colors of nail polish on the website and those that I received, really appear to be different (website) yet really the same color (nail color in person). The language describing the colors needs to be improved so that one can make a more informed decision. For example, I purchased "Underground Red," expecting it to be a red with brown tones - it is more of a dark red berry....ironically the same shade as the other 2 reds ( that I purchased. Not sure if I will purchase from them again as their colors do not appear to be the same as online as in person. Finally, when applying the polish, it does not appear to provide even coverage, it appeared as it was more of a thick water color versus a nail polish. It took 3 layers to provide a good covering, which then affected the cure time. Disappointed.

I’m have no problems, I get the order quick and easy. Leaving on Maui we have to take the mail in stride, a lot of company give you time to ship we’re jiat an island they charge more because of that and you have to wait forever to get your package. Than you.

Delivery service sucks

I wasn't pleased with this nail product. My nails looks worse. They're splitting, cracking, peeling & cracking down to the skin - painful. I'm requesting a refund.
