Because of nail polish has thick and goopy. :(

The nail polishes I purchased start to chip and peel in less than 24 hours. Not sure why...I used the primer/top coat as well.

I love Duri's selection of colors and the fact that they included an extra polish in my order. What a fun surprise! However, only of the polishes was as expected because most of their product pictures do not include an actual photo of the polish being worn. I was also disappointed in the quality of the brush they use--it does not seem to lend itself to a very smooth application. Overall, I'm glad I ordered, but I'll definitely be more cautious and selective if I do order from them in the future.

There service was prompt however the new batch color was totally different and I couldn’t get the right color that I used and loved.

I found that the polish chipped the next day despite following the instructions completely. I only wish I could return it. I like the Duri Miracote very much but I did not find the Durilaq polish and top coat to be as good of a product.

The transaction went through smoothly. Shipping took longer than expected and one of the nail polish colors was way more translucent than it appeared on-line. The people are nice and I would order from them again.
