Dumbgood is a brand I admit that I've gatekept. The niche nerdy collaborations were things I'd get excited for and save up. Or search secondhand websites for their past collaborations. While I'm sad that there seems to be a pause, I've experienced absolutely excellent customer service. Customer Support can take a while, but when they do get to you, they actually care. I'm hoping to see a resurgence because nostalgia and niche is important. Maybe they could do limited drops? (I always get asked where I got my Dumbgood stuff from, and as far as other reviews, haven't had any washing issues especially with prints cracking, but then again I usually handwash or do cold gentle cycle and air dry, I refuse to let these limited TMNT/Keroppi/Rilakkuma/All That/Are You Afraid Of the Dark/Animaniacs/Fruity Pebbles merch get ruined.) The things I want to wear...Dumbgood makes!

I placed an order as an anniversary gift this Saturday. I just received my package, only to find they sent the wrong sized item. I ordered an xs sweatshirt and pants set but was sent a s instead. This is beyond disappointing as my special day is ruined.

the graphics wear off after one wash

Trying to return something and you have to go to so many steps.. was thinking of buying more but that kind of turned me off if it’s such a hassle to return.

Had an issue, resolved quickly with not problem! Dumbgood's quality is top notch. One of the things I ordered was a bit defective, and they replaced it with no questions asked! Great customer service and great clothing! I will be returning to buy again!
