Duluth PackReviews of duluthpack.com

Duluth Pack is a great company. Their products, customer service, and repair program are top notch. I bought my first Duluth Pack in 2012 and they are my go to company for nice gifts (seriously, everyone loves receiving a Duluth pack. Recently I changed my mind about an item I ordered (I wanted to change the style and color) so I emailed them. The next morning I woke up to a very nice email saying to call them. I did and they said "ah yes, we were expecting you" and took care of everything. After having some very frustrating experiences with other companies lately, it was refreshing getting such quick and friendly customer service. Their products are a little more expensive, but you get hand made goods that will last forever (especially with their great repair program) are made in USA, and are very stylish. I highly recommend Duluth Pack.

My daughter mistakenly purchased a gift certificate for Christmas from Duluth pack. Within 24 hours requested the gift certificate be refunded. Company will not refund the money due to company policy. I feel this is theft by deception due to another company with a very similar name and store products. They basically stole my daughters Christmas money.

Found a Made in the USA belt, just in time for my husband (his broke)! He was very happy with the quality and color! He will definitely put it through a test!
