DuefeReviews of duefe.com

I regret purchasing these. After I purchased a number of items (not for a cheap price either unfortunately) 2 months ago, my clothes never arrived. I also noticed that they sell the same clothes using different website names (probably to prevent bad reviews/comments on facebook). However, I did get increasingly more spam texts from a number of random numbers. Please do not make the same mistake as me.

If I could review with NO STARS I would.| Like others have said - garment is nothing like the photos. Material is almost see-through and cheap. Stitching is extremely poor. I followed their 'procedures' to get a refund and they refused. Offered $21 on a $70 order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased 7 dresses. These don't look anything like the pictures. They are made out of a very thin sheetlike material. Very cheap. They are not made in South Carolina. The mailing label is from China. They won't give you a complete refund. They just offered $70 back on a $270 order. Total waste of money! I wanted to help a small business, but I'll stick with reputable major retail stores in the future.

This order was not as expected or advertised. They advertised that everything was made in South Carolina and the package was stamped “made in China”. The material is like a waterproof bathing suit material, not at all float and soft like it shows in the ad. I emailed them multiple times to ask about the return policy (before I even received the item) and they never answered a direct question. Now I received the items and I want to return them and they are not getting back to me with a return authorization code. I think they will wait until it’s 31 days and then tell me it’s too late. Do not buy from this company. TERRIBLE customer service. I’m going to have to take this up with my credit card company.

The company is a scam. I am going to begin posting on every platform I can. They are not in South Carolina - they do NOT offer easy returns - their products are NOT made in the USA. My wife has been trying to return cheap quality clothes she ordered from them and they are not accepting it. I am committed to telling everyone about them and their SCAM company. Their clothes are made in China, their return warehouse is in Dubai. I did some research - the company is officially licensed out of the UK, but owned by Chinese investors - you can go to the UK site for business registration and look for - XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD - Company number - 12038034.

I wanted to return my product as the quality was crappy, and it didn't fit well at all, looked cheap. My reply was: Dear customer: We only offer free returns for quality problems, not for all returns. We are really sorry our item does not meet your expectation, we can refund US$22 for your order as compensation, can you keep the items? No, that isn't good enough. Poor reply and crappy company!

Do not order from this company if there's any chance you want to return the very low-quality merchandise. Customer service is non existant. Returns handled via email only, with repeated pleas to "just keep it." Final response, " if you insist on returning it ", well consider refunding after we recieve the product.

Do not order from this company if there's any chance you want to return the very low-quality merchandise. Customer service is a joke. Returns handled via email only, no address given to send it back, the refund offer is a pittance, with repeated pleas to "just keep it." Dress was terrible and over-priced. Lesson learned.
