My payement was not credited or showing in account support does not replying says service are stopped in my country but no notification on app and you show u iban where u can send ... does not replying or giving us where is my wire or how to track fund return, putting me in very bad situation .... service become everyday mediocre than a day before... want my money back or credited ... or just replying where is my sepa instant wire received by due .

Completely misleading app. KYC takes forever to approve, and once you're in, requesting a virtual USD or EUR account gives you a "server error" with no fix. I tried receiving a SEPA payment from my client and it was rejected — they said they don't support third-party transfers. So why offer an IBAN at all? To top it off, they deleted my account entirely just for receiving that payment, with zero warning. Wasted time, zero support, full of contradictions. Stay away.
