I've sent some money from my personal account to my duo account in euro but I haven't received anything yet and I tried to contact the support but haven't gotten an answer yet ........... This is really not looking so good already I want my money back or at least the support to answer me immediately....

Fraudulent company. Their referral program is a scam. They promise to pay when you meet the requirements which is a minimum deposit of $20. Yet, when you do so, they turn around and look for an ambiguous reason as to why you wouldn’t be paid. If this is how they handle “goodwill payments” as they call it, I wonder how bad their overall service would be. 100% would not recommend
