If you value your money and time, avoid them at all costs.
If you value your money and time, avoid them at all costs.WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – COMPLETE SCAM AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered what I believed to be a family box of Bubu & Dudu from their online store. Instead, I received just a single tiny box containing two cheap plastic figurines no bigger than a 20 cent coin. This is NOT what I paid for. Since last year, I have sent multiple emails requesting help and clarification about my order. I even contacted a customer service rep named Emma on WhatsApp. She promised they were reviewing my order and assured me I would get an answer “by next Monday.” Months have gone by with repeated “next Mondays” and still no response. Despite my continued follow-ups, all messages have been ignored or left unanswered. It’s obvious there is no intention to resolve this issue. The lack of accountability and communication is outrageous. This company is clearly operating as scammers, misleading customers with false product descriptions and then disappearing when problems arise. Do yourself a favor: NEVER buy from this seller. They don’t honor their orders, they don’t respond to inquiries, and they have ZERO customer support. If you value your money and time, avoid them at all costs.

This is a scam, read all reviews and note the pattern
This is a scam website..ordered on Jan 1, no updates ever since despite follow ups to know the status. This has to be a scam website. If you look at their 5 star ratings on trust pilot, its all coming in a span of 2 days from Sept 4-6, tells you its fabricated. Every other feedback (spread across time) says order was never delivered. This isnt the authentic dudububu shop. I lost $40, please beware of this scam and fraudulent website.

Ordered not delivered
Ordered not delivered. Never got an email confirming a delivery date or delivery method. Has been 7 weeks now since email confirmation of order. Twice emailed and twice got automated responses claiming to be looking into the delay, then it goes dead. Now suspecting this is a scam site.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Not of quality of orher site I have purchased items from for the same price off sale, by the way. This is like a picture stamped on acrylic plastic. 🙄 It's cute, but I'll shop at the other store from now on for better quality, at least their's are metal and sturdier.
