Rust and Salt are an embarrassment. They had me wait 4 months for shoes only to have them refund the money. Poor communication and total lack of transparency. They gave me the run around. I had to ask for updates and they were never sent.

I placed an order on December 31st and it still has not even been shipped. Their customer service is non-existent as they do not update you on the status and when you do inquire, an AI bot responds until you use the right language to connect to a real person. By the time I got a hold of someone, they said the boots were a preorder despite nothing on their site claiming that. I would not have done a preorder! I do not appreciate having a large sum of money held hostage for an item they never intend to sell. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I was so excited for my Duckfeet to arrive! When they did the grand experiment began as I opened the shipping box to find a beautifully designed sturdy boot box! It is evident Duckfeet are emphatic about producing quality products. When I opened the box I almost squealed with joy! I pulled out the caramel colored Arhus boots examining the exquisite craftsmanship like no other footwear I’ve owned. As I slipped into these cloud steppers I decided to forgo my shower that evening til the morning so I could enjoy “floating”around thru the house in my new boots!

I am on my third pair of Duckfeet! The craftsmanship is excellent, as is their customer service. I get compliments almost every time I wear them. You need to have duck feet!
