I had a discrepancy with a subscription that I thought was free but ended up being charged. DubClub staff (via both Email and Twitter) we’re quick to respond and we’re incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They understood my issue and because I reached out right away, issued me a refund AS WELL as understanding there needed to be additional verbiage to better aware users going forward.
