(Josiah) The DubClub customer service has always been quick into responding and understanding the issues. Would trust them 100% with anything related to cappers and their platform. Very smooth platform, and easy to navigate as well. One thing I would definitely love to see from them, is to add more steps into verifying the cappers they promote. I think what gets people the most are the winning streaks and profit cappers has made. Adding on to how many people are subscribing to them on a daily basis. But, I feel that for more clarity, I think it would be best is to see how often the cappers communicate on a daily basis. I understand if a capper isn’t able to always be active in their discords, but people pay a fair amount of money and spend (at their own will/choice) to make more money based off the research done by the cappers. It sucks to see when we are on a losing streak, yet we get no explanation or any kind of response back on why and how they make their slips. Also to apologize for such things, because it’s their job to provide the best customer service possible to the individuals who pays them.

They honoured the new Cashcing offering that is more affordable without me loosing any days on my old subscription from the very same capper. Btw, Cashcing is worth every penny!
