Told them about a capper stealing picks, along with the hundreds others of victims who has come forward. They dont do anything about it. They dont offer refunds and allow cappers to scam you. Been fighting for some type of compensation and they wont give any. Their customer service is distasteful and horrendous

Was originally told I was permanently banned for “sharing information”. When questioned, it was switched to a “probation period.” When I asked what evidence or proof of any sort of distribution they had (there is none), I was told they don’t have to provide that, they can simply remove my access to the service. I have a subscription (paid) to one of their “partners” that doesn’t expire until the middle of next year, and now I can’t get access but have been given no information as to why. This is also called a scam….

I was charged about $200 for a 3 month membership to a discord I didn't even have access to for the past 2 months. I'm not sure what happened but I lost access to the premium discord for some reason. I tried contacting the owner but of the discord but it seemed like he couldn't be bothered. Without warning I was charged close to $200 today. Companies usually send courtesy emails before they charge you. When I lost access to the discord I thought my membership ended and assumed I wouldn't be charged again, so I didn't really think I needed to take any further action. Obviously I was wrong. Now I have to jump through hoops to even get a refund, IF they even give one.

Dub Club has horrible customer service. Their auto renew feature is a scam just like so many other companies. Big difference is Dub Club refuses to give any refund for any reason . I thought i had hit cancel at end of trial period and apparently i didn’t. Less than 24 hours after I saw it renewed I contacted them. They have been less than helpful with my issue. They said they don’t care if I looked at site(without knowing trial was over) for 30 seconds, that they weren’t refunding the charge. The charge was $100 for a month and i only bet small amts for entertainment only. I would need to finish over + 20 units for the month just to pay for sub let alone win anything. This company doesn’t care at all ,they just want the money which is why they have the auto renew feature. They hope u forget, which i guess i did and then they keep your money. Dub Club is one of the worst customer service companies I have ever dealt with. And I don’t care that they say somewhere in all the writing that nobody reads it says no refunds under any circumstance. LESS THAN 24 HOURS I NOTIFIED THEM AND THEY JUST DONT CARE….🐴💩

The inconsistencies were too much I understand that you can't win always but if you are paying someone the results should be a little different but total lost is unacceptable

Big Dog Banna is such a egotistical imbecile it frightens me to think he actually runs a discord and under the dub club name. Anyways you're not allowed to talk in his chat about anything that lost that he picked which is 80 percent of everything. It's trash picks and you will be attacked for speaking about anything he doesn't like. It's like a child runs the discord. Save your 50 hard earned dollars. He has no connection with his members he's a alcoholic who drops late picks and plays tickets you never see.

In the DubClub discord people promote themselves as cappers. I showed proof that a “capper” was stealing my slips and using them to promote himself. I posted in the discord the proof and I contacted support on the issue. I was then ignored and kicked out of the discord. For all I know this person is in my discord under a different name still stealing my plays and promoting himself.

For someone whom as tried over 20 cappers, so far only about 4-5 from my list are good cappers. Yes part of it is about winning, good capper should have at least 33% slip win record. Also it’s about being honest and transparent. It’s also about not just spamming 20-30+ slips a day, if you are doing that call yourself EV capper. It’s also about having a good community. Recently have found cappers what seemed to be just making slips and not playing what they are selling. Another wasn’t even sending slips as promised. Others found just reselling other cappers slips. Almost all of them use FOMO strategy that will lose your bankroll even if you manage it, because you don’t want to miss a big win. In the end users need to review cappers and get rid of the bad ones in the community, especially those that are paid by PrizePicks, Underdogs, etc.
