I subscribed to DTN (IQFeed) expecting a reliable real-time market data service. Unfortunately, the service suffered from frequent interruptions and instability, making it difficult to rely on for active trading. Considering the very high subscription price, the quality of the service did not justify the cost. My experience became much worse when I decided to stop using the service. I notified DTN in writing that I no longer wished to continue and explicitly revoked any authorization for future charges to my credit card. Despite this, DTN continued issuing invoices and repeatedly attempted to charge my card. When I followed their own instructions to cancel through the customer portal, there were no active services listed under my account and no cancellation option available. Even after informing them of this, they continued to claim that I owed additional payments while acknowledging they needed to investigate the cancellation issue. In my opinion, a company charging premium prices should provide a reliable service and a clear, functional cancellation process. My experience was the opposite. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend DTN
