Awesome except shipping!
I ordered several hundred dollars worth of items and was very satisified except for the shipping. My order was shipped USPS and the tracking was not good. It wasn't updated and they left it on the floor beneath the mailboxes for our condos even though there are secure boxes to leave them in. Not be able to track delivery, I had no idea when they would arrive. Fortunately, a neighbor saw the box and brought it to me since he has had several disappear when delivered by USPS. I never use USPS because of these types of experiences and when spending several hundred dollars, orders should be shipped bu UPS which is a much better and secure alternative.

We're sorry to hear you were displeased with the shipping method we used, all packages are sent USPS unless the customer upgrades to a FedEx option (which cost extra, the free shipping that comes with orders over $50 is USPS). We send tracking information through email, and will gladly give tracking numbers over the phone if a customer doesn't get their email. Unfortunately USPS does not always update their tracking information in a timely manner, and we have no way of controlling how or when they deliver. Again we're sorry for the inconvenience, with your next order we would advise you double check that we have your correct email address, check your spam folders, and to call as to get your tracking number should you not get it to your email. As for the way USPS delivers, you can contact your local post office and let them know your delivery preferences and that should prevent future insecure deliveries. The service is fast, but perhaps not complete.
I purchased the IntraMax Liquid Vitamin Supplement. I had purchased it else where and they included a dosage schedule and explained a lot more on how to take it and when, including not taking it with other medication for at least 2 hours. But DR Vitamin didn't send any of this information with their IntraMax shipment.

We're sorry you felt the lack of printed material with your IntraMax was incomplete service. We have the dosage schedule and instructions, including information about not taking it with other medication for at least 2 hours, on our site on the product page. While this information is easily accessible online, we can see how having the printed material in hand would be beneficial and more convenient for our customers. The manufacturer, Drucker Labs, does not provide us with any printed material to distribute, but we would be willing to create and print our own for our customers. Thank you for this suggestion!

Vision Clarity Eye drops are helping
I have been using these eye drops for about 6 months. I still have very dry eyes but the vision in my left eye [cataract] has improved. It is still diminished but it has improved. I probably will have to continue using the drops forever since the dry eye problem doesn't seem to improve. I wish that the discounts that are offered on other products were extended to Vision Clarity eye drops.

We're glad the product works and understand the taste of Eden PM isn't too great on its own, mixing it in juice or tea will help cover up the taste. We've found that something citrus related such as orange juice covers it up the best, but what tastes the best with it might be different for you!
