I had issue with bottles leaking on my vacation and company kindly sent me two new bottles and suggested the bottles must always be kept up right. Faithfully, I kept little, skinny, plastic bottle on bedside table and used when going to bed, once or twice during night, and upon arising. Happy with my solution, I ordered 3 bottles and asked for refund on Lubricant Eye drops (great ingredients that burn and leave my eyes red a long time, --sad sad) and the useless little bottle mirrors. The gal couldn't help me, so connected me to supervisor. Unfortunately, I got answering machine, so left message. Happily, he called me back and gave me more than the refund on my purchase of three more vision clarity eye drops that do help with my eye comfort and lubrication and hopefully, in time, cataracts. Responsive company one can work with!

I received excellent customer service when I called and voiced my concern about the way an ordered item was shipped to me. The customer service rep sincerely sought to help, researching my concern diligently, and responded in a timely as well as gracious manner. DR Vitamin Solutions, though not required to do so, immediately replaced my item, going really beyond what was necessary. That speaks volumes to me, and I will look to them for future orders. I also really appreciate their pricing and the discounts they offer. They really put them ahead of the pack. My only disappointment is their slow shipping policy. In ordering from Natural Healthy Concepts, for example, I receive my order in about 2 days usually. Receiving time from DR Vitamin Solutions is substantially longer. If they addressed that, they would be my number one go-to supplement site.

I hope the quality of the products ordered is as claimed, but that's always the case since I not nor do I have access to a lab where I can test what is purchased for confirmation of such. It is too soon to know if results for eyesight are as hoped but if not, that won't be this website's fault or responsibility.
