**I did NOT receive Capital from them....But I DID Experience their Customer Service BEFORE I Applied for Capital from them.** So...Here is my Experience: I went on their Website and found their Business Contact Email at the Bottom of their Homepage...so I sent them 1 Sentence about my Business and then asked them 3 Basic Qs about their Service. This Email was Ignored. I sent a Follow Up email 4 Days later...and that Email was Also Ignored. And then I wait a Week after I sent the First Email and still NO ANSWER. So at this Point I've been Ignored for a Week and I Finally decide to Send a SECOND Follow-Up Email and this Time I send it to the Main Email Address + to All the DRVE Team Members (Oliver, Agna, Mike, Marco, and Nikhil), who I Found on the 'About Us' Page of their Website. This Email was Ignored AGAIN for 4 Days and I didn't get a Response from anyone until I sent the Final Email where I said: "Last Time I Ask." So at this Point I've been Ignored for 11 Days and 5 Emails, and FINALLY I get a Response from Nikhil and he Answers the 3 Qs I asked + Another Follow-Up Q I had...so All is going Good. And then I ask Nikhil why I was Ignored for 1.5 Weeks and he said: "Apologies for the late reply, as it was received in a general email account instead of our standard qualification form." But...to Me this Didn't make Any Sense because: 1) I sent the Email to the MAIN Email on their Homepage...the Email they Literally ASK to be Contacted at....so Him calling it a 'general' Email Acct doesn't make Sense. AND 2) I Emailed each Member of the Team DIRECTLY to their drve.com Email Addresses, and was Ignored by Each Person. So I ask Nikhil if the Email Address on the Homepage was the "Main" Email Acct to Contact the DRVE Team or if it was simply a "General" Email Acct....And my Q was Ignored. So I asked a 2nd Time....and my Q was again Ignored. And then 3 Days Later I asked the ENTIRE DRVE Team (Oliver, Agna, Mike, Marco, and Nikhil) which 'General' Email Acct Nikhil was Talking about...and they All have Ignored my Q for the 9 Days since I Sent it. And that Brings us to Today. And so, from the First Day I Emailed them until Today, I was IGNORED by them for 23 out of the 25 Days. It was Frustrating....BUT but it is Good that I Discovered their Customer Service BEFORE taking Money from them (I was a Perfect Candidate for them, too!)....Bc I Wonder if all my Qs to them would ALSO have been Ignored AFTER I took their Money....and then I would have been in a MUCH Bigger Mess. So I have to give a NO Recommendation.
