Haven’t even received it, I expected much sooner than this and frankly if your sending me a email for a review than you must also agree I’ve waited way too long!

I ordered my fbombs on 8-12, paid extra for then to be shipped FedEx, and have tracked the package. It has not arrived and is sure to arrive on 8-22. 10 days???!!! And why did I pay extra??? I am shocked...and a bit angry. Ridiculous. I will not re order, no master how good they are. Why would I? C. Wisehart Portland, OR

The shipping time of 11-12 days is in my opinion ridiculous. Nothing on the website notes this. Especially for those who plan our adventures this can make or break our nutrition plans. Thankfully I had enough forethought to have my doubts and it paid off. But either way, ordered August 9th and the eta for delivery is August 21st. 12 days is excessive in my opinion

The taste was terrible. The product is a paste. Looks disgusting, tastes disgusting. Dry misleading advertising.

Great product but they decided to ship my order by something slower than USPS so an order placed on August 8th is scheduled to arrive September 3rd. . . This review was flagged by the company and taken offline for more details. To be fair my order arrived on August 30th I think.

I have been in love with this product and ordering for weeks as a subscriber. I always have received my order two days after going out, every single time. My most recent order did not arrive in two days and when I looked at tracking it indicated a week. I inquired on this and was given an inaccurate response suggesting that was the norm for my delivery selection. I had made no changes and never indicated a 3-5 day delivery. Why would I change from two-day to that??? The individual that responded was also citing USPS delivery but the tracking showed FedEx. I feel I was given a BS response and my reply to that was never followed up on. If the delivery is going to change, subscription may not be a good idea. This is ridiculous and has shaded my otherwise glowing impression of this product.

I never ordered anything and any order placed under my name was fraud. I tried telling you multiple times and you still dont listen. Horrible customer service. Luis Lopez
