Way to expensive I ended up paying over $17 and got 4 tiny packs of runny ground macadamias, absolutely not worth the money, paid $5 for shipping and took a week to arrive. 100% dissatisfied

The customer service was shameful. First, my order took abnormally long to ship. Only after I got in touch with customer support that I found out my order was “flagged” and cancelled. I asked Courtney to explain why it was flagged (whatever that means) and expressed my disappointment with that. She never acknowledged my disappointment nor did she offer an explanation.

I rarely give a negative review, and I'm being sincere about that. In this case, I feel I have no choice. As someone who is very strict on Keto, my mouth watered when I saw the jar of this product advertised. I was taken aback by the price, but the jar looked huge. I received the jar and I thought it was a joke. The serving size is two tablespoons and there are only 8 servings in the tiny little container. They have similar products at Whole Foods for $4. In addition the product is like soup, and just not that great. Very disappointed.

I ordered jalapeño pork sticks and got smokehouse pork sticks and after spending a lot of money on their products since they started business they are not providing good customer service. Slow to respond. The response I did get Make it sound like it is my problem. My problem is my loyalty over the last few years is not reciprocal . Ross and Cara, you are better than this.

I expected a but butter not a nut oil . It is liquid and horrible .

They are the BEST nutbutters ever! Love the Jars, just wish they were bigger!!!!

Nut butters are way too liquid Should have just got one to try but wanted to try everything. Good lesson for next time.
