Didn’t send product, asks my bank to get money back and dr melaxin are trying not to refund. Awful. Terrible customer service. Rude. Greedy. Avoid at all costs

Ordered the Dr Melaxin eye product which turned up after 3 weeks and is not the genuine product. The packaging and label are completely different to the actual product. SCAM site - do not order!!

Scammer Alert** Do not Buy** They are most likely headed to insolvency/bankruptcy and will most likely file for protection soon! Do not buy any products from them or call your credit card company ASAP.

I’m only giving 1 star as it’s the lowest I can give. My order never arrived, I tried multiple times emailing and tried to get a refund and still nothing .

I ordered the bundle on 1/16/26. Right away received confirmation of my order with tracking information. It stayed in “processing” for weeks with no movement. I probably sent 10 emails trying to get a hold of customer support and finally someone apologized for the inconvenience, and gave me updated order status. It still said processing. I checked a day later and now the tracking link is invalid, (COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED) and now no one is getting back to me. I ordered form the website themselves and I believe this company is a scam. I’m kicking myself I didn’t look at these reviews first, STAY CLEAR! -it’s now 2/10/26 and NOTHING

Paid for it £50 and never received it, contacted customer support and nobady is answering, I wouldn't recommend it,its a scam

I ordered on the 1st of January 2026 the Dr Melaxin bundle and i'm still waiting for a delivery date. I have sent 3-4 emails because of this ,as of today 6th Feb 2026 I have not received a response from them, I have sent original order details email but still no response. Absolutely appalling service.

I bought the whole set for $69 over a month ago and still haven't received it. They keep saying its on its way but now it say returned to sender. Do not order from this company. Complete scam. I going to contest the charge on my credit card.
