I placed an order on March 11th. About a week later I noticed I hadn't received any email in regards to my order or shipping. I contacted them via email, they said it was still "processing". I waited a few more days and still nothing about my order being shipped. March 23 I sent another email, and it was still being "processed". I have never had any order take this long to be processed. I asked for a refund that day. I sent several emails asking if the refund has been completed. Response are always its being "processed ", almost seems like generated responses, with no real person looking into it. Finally, i just checked with my card to find it was refunded back in March 25. This company doesn't know what's going on.

The castor oil with the rose quartz roller ball is a scam, just paid for two rollers, plastic roller balls, not even sure if its real castor oil. Don't trust it, paid$59 for two, I feel ripped off.

Worst breakouts of my life after using these products. Two months later I am starting to recover. Overhyped. Why do non of the Korean skincare stores in uk sell this brand? I asked in store and the lady laughed and said that its due to not being consistently good

I’m honestly so disappointed and upset with these products. After using them exactly how they’re being promoted by influencers layered together as a trio they completely burned my skin. My face became extremely red, sore, and irritated, and I’m now dealing with ongoing sensitivity and damage that I never had before. What’s even more frustrating is the response from customer service. Instead of taking any responsibility, they told me I “shouldn’t have used the products together” which is incredibly misleading considering that’s exactly how they’re being advertised. It feels like they’re shifting the blame onto customers rather than owning up to the harm their products can cause. Customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no real concern for what I’m going through. I expected much better support, especially given the severity of the reaction I had. At this point, I strongly believe compensation should be offered. No one should have to deal with painful skin damage because of misleading marketing and then be brushed off when they reach out for help. I would not recommend these products to anyone. Steer clear of them. I have slso left reviews on tik tok

Scam, don’t buy anything from here , they will accept ur money but they won’t give u products

1 star is too much! Ordered from this Company and nothing! Canceled my order after waiting weeks and it did not come. Got confirmation from the company no more orders to come. Then BAM! Another charge??? Honest to god, save your money and your sanity. This company is a SCAM ARTIST!!

I would give zero stars if I could simply due to the fact that the customer service team is so awful. I am a traveling healthcare worker and my package got sent back to sender I even have a receipt from the USPS office that it was sent back to sender. The customer service team has now stopped responding to emails and won’t offer a replacement or refund due to the fact that it was attempted to be delivered. Been arguing with them for 2 weeks now!

Ordered from this company over four weeks ago! Not verification that they have received my order, and still today, no contact from them whatsoever! PLEASE PLEASE don’t waste your money. It’s a complete scam.
