⚠️ Consumer Warning ⚠️ I would like to warn others and strongly recommend not ordering products from Dr. Melaxin online. I placed an order back in February, and the product never arrived. In addition, I was charged for 3 separate orders, even though I placed only one order. To this day, I have not received the products or any refund. My credit card company and insurance company are currently handling the matter with them. In my personal experience, this company has not been reliable, and I believe other consumers should be aware before placing an order. Sincerely, “The Little Citizen”

I placed an order almost 14 days ago, Dr.Melaxin has been unresponsive to multiple emails, the provided phone number is disconnected, and there is no tracking. Contemplating getting my money back now and letting my bank deal with them than to wait for a shipping update that may never come

Never received the products. I called and emailed multiple times with no response. When I disputed it with PayPal, I was immediately issued a refund. Normally the process takes time and there is back and forth with PayPal and the merchant. Not this time. PayPal must know this company is a fraud.

Absolute rubbish. I’m so fed up of Instagram influencers saying a product is extreme and brilliant and wonderful when it’s actually absolutely useless and that is my experience of the spicule lip plumpers. Zero difference - do not waste your money

I would give them zero stars. My experience is similar to many here. I received email confirmation and a tracking number, but--a week after delivery was supposed to happen--the tracking number somehow became invalid. I've emailed more than once and each time it gets returned as undeliverable. And since they are a Korean company with no phone number, there is no other way to contact them. At this point, I am considering them to be a fraudulent company and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Ordered on the 07th of April and despite a number of attempts to locate the order with customer service it still hasn’t arrived and it’s now the 28th. Don’t bother.

This product broke my skin out so badly that it left scars I’m still going through trying to find a way to clear up my skin . This ruined my skin . My pores too it irritated my skin makes my face red my face was swollen with a zit I NEVER BREAK OUT . Until I put this on my skin . Biggest mistake I ever made .
