Worst company ever to deal with will not reply to any of my emails. I've been trying to return this product. It took forever to get in the mail first off. Placed My order august twenty fourth and did not receive until september seventh. And now they will not respond to me to return the product. I wish I had seen these other reviews first

This is the worse product I’ve ever put on my face, it made my skin feel horrible, tight, suffocated, sore and like I’d rubbed it with sandpaper and made me very, very spotty a day or 2 after - will certainly not buy this product again. Calcium B12 spicule serum

Do not order from This company ,I ordered back in July ,never received my order ,I contacted customer server and they send me an email saying it was in transit ,still have not received the order ,none responds your emails ,what at scam!

BUYER BEWARE. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order for two kits on August 5 for $162, and I never received my order. The package was lost during shipping, and instead of helping resolve the issue, their customer service has been practically nonexistent. I have contacted them at least five times. They responded only once, and the response was completely unhelpful. I followed up again and received nothing. I have now been emailing repeatedly asking for a refund for an order I NEVER RECEIVED, and they continue to ignore me. At this point, they have my $162, I have no products, and apparently I’m expected to just accept that. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. A legitimate company should not make customers chase them down for a refund when an order is lost and never delivered. BUYER BEWARE. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. If something goes wrong with your shipment, good luck getting anyone to respond or getting your money back.

This product is like applying grease to your face. One hour after applying I had to wash my face. It was tacky and still greasy! It was like smearing Vaseline on my face....do not buy!

Rubbish, have been using the product for a few weeks & it feels nice when applying but haven't noticed any difference to my skin atall.

I orderd the product months ago did not receive it i emailed a few times heard nothing ive been asking for my money back they havent had the decency to contact me do not use this company as they just steal your money

The worst product I have ever tried, and expired they have sent me expired products which I realised a week later. Contacted customer service not response. Worst brand ever! Never again!
