Took my money, never recieved an email that it was shipped. Said it was delivered but never recieved it and the tracking number from usps is bogus.

Waited well over 3 weeks for the plumper gloss to arrive and when it did, they'd sent out the wrong one. Mild instead of Maxi. FYI: The mild is absolutely ridiculous. Does nothing at all. Not even a slight tingle. I wouldn't even use it as a balm/gloss. It's so cheap and basic. Customer service is AWFUL. They won't send out the correct one I paid for, despite having the order number for the one I bought and photo proof of the wrong one they sent out...all because I didn't keep the tiny cardboard box it came in. Admin team are now just not replying. Over priced. Extremely slow delivery. Rubbish wrong product and AWFUL customer service. Everything about the Dr. MELAXIN hype just seems like a total con. I can't believe people endorse this absolute cr*p. DR. MELAXIN is basically just stealing money from people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and DO NOT FALL FOR THE HYPE.

After placing an order, I quickly realised the site was not legitimate and contacted the company immediately requesting a refund. They confirmed via email that the refund had supposedly already been processed — however, they were unable to provide any transaction ID, reference number, or proof of refund, which any genuine merchant can supply. No refund was ever received. As a result, I reported the transaction to my bank as fraudulent. Only after this did the company contact me again, attempting to pressure me into closing the chargeback, using scare tactics about penalties, delays, and refund reversals. This behaviour, combined with contradictory information and the lack of any verifiable refund evidence, strongly suggests this is not a trustworthy or legitimate retailer. I would strongly advise others not to purchase from this website

Ordered from this website after not receiving any email or correspondence I contacted them and was told they couldn’t find my order even though I sent them a photo of the money debited from my account. Useless and I’m out of pocket by £18

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS EYE CREAM!!! Before I decided to purchase any I looked up the ingredients on Yuka to see how “natural” it really is as it is advertised as safe and all natural ingredients…… THIS CREAM IS RATED 9/100 Making it extremely toxic because it contains BHT. This is purely a carcinogen linked to cancer, and the worst part about it is, the company doesn’t include BHT in the ingredients list. All I have to say is WOW and please do not purchase this cream!

What an absolute joke. What absolutely burns my butt is that you have “women” endorsing this. How is this possible, come on ladies, how much are you being paid for this despicable service ???? I was fortunate that I opened a dispute with PayPal and I am being reimbursed. Despicable that these companies are hell bent on scamming honest people !!!!!
