I have not received my product & despite numerous emails, social media contact, I have had no response to where my order of my bundle is

Well I just read some of Reddit’s reviews and these are one I didn’t see on TikTok!! That being said I see on Reddit it was saying there are some know to have allergies/ allergic reaction from the products, and I can 100% tell you why: This company has the upmost terrible customer service agents, they do not say they same things as their other agents as well as unethical practices!!! The reason for people’s allergic reactions is due to this company taking these products back on returns from the prior customers, mind you most returns happen after people try whatever it is they bought and then realize either 1) they don’t like it or 2) don’t want it!! And when this company receives these returns, they in turn take those exact same returned products and re-package and re-ship them out to the next victim / customer ( even though most returned items have been used )!!! I just recently received that viral set from Dr. Melaxin’s Cermenrete calcium line.. It comes with 5 products and I could tell immediately that at least 2 of the 5 products in my set had been previously purchased / used and returned!! Which mean probably every item I received had been previously used!!! I am highly pissed off and discussed at the lack of ethicalities!! And I had one agent processing a replacement for me ( UNDER THE AGREEMENT THAT ALL ITEMS WOULD BE VERIFIED BY MANAGEMENT THAT NONE OF THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS IN THE REPLACEMENT ORDER WOULD BE PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED / USED!! But then the next day I woke up and had a message from the company telling me they understand my frustration, but where my item had been marked as delivered if I needed assistance, I would have to contact either the carrier or the actual TikTok platform customer service agents! Which they had not a f**kin thing to do with any of them products being previously used and re-issued; THIS WAS 100% THE COMPANIES FAULT!! But they disregarded my concerns, my feelings, and my hard earned money with all of the unrealistic responses I was receiving from them!! Which was just letting me know they were unwilling to help or even just make it right, you know what they intentionally made wrong!!! Joy with it and no one would notice they’re Scheming Scam. But Thank God for TikTok shops customer service agents as they did 100% process a full refund for me and are filing a claim against the company!!! So please Buyers beware!! The Dr Melaxin agents couldn’t communicate with there own team properly in order to form proper correct solution, as I had a different agent respond to each question and none of the answers provided to me lined up in response from their previous agents!! When I told this company they had sent me previously used products. I sent them videos and photos of the products showing them they had been used that they had finger indentions in the products!! And still yet this company was unwilling to help me or make rite so I had to go above their heads to speak w/ TikTok cust. service to get any assistance!! Thank you Tiktok for caring about your customers and processing MY full refund!!!

Horrible experience. I bought from this website and the same day I tried to issue a refund, but they tried to persuade me out of it (which is highly unprofessional) and they have yet to give me a refund. The package has yet to arrive either after 4 months. Do NOT waste your money on this website.

I have ordered with a site said was received a week later still no product emailed countless times and no response

I have not received my purchase. I have emailed numerous times and am yet to receive a response.

I would give this company a minus if I could. I have place two orders with this company and both orders have not arrived, each time I have chased them, they tell me there is an issues with the tracking. I have come on here to read reviews and wish to god I had come here first £180 lost.

Hello, I ordered in december 2025 , a full set of dr.Melaxin product worth 60 dollars from there website : Dr Melaxin Official Store or website , and till now i didnt get my product from them they send me the track link it turn out to be a blank link and they said ,that my full set is in transit , bullshit they stole my money and they said we cannot refund it back i have all there emails by me the track link they sent 4 times was a blank its a fake account and website that they have please do not order no more from that website

Absolute scam do not buy, tracking number given is fake, so cannot track items. Luckily I reported it to my bank and they gave me a full refund for being a fraud/fake company.
