Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. I purchased a saddle stool listed on Amazon and after this chair messed my lower back up, I returned it. I spent three weeks in a nightmare with intense pain. I was within the return window timeframe. Not only did they not respond to my messages but they charged me for return shipping, (amazon assured me i was to not be charged), but they charged me a 98.00 restocking fee. I have had to open a case with Amazon and they are filing a claim with seller as well.
