Service doesn’t align with cost
This service is expensive and the parents are expected to do all the work. They require a lot of practice hours between drives. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t respond to voicemails. Communication is bad. Their car maintenance class is held only I think two times a year or something like that and they don’t tell you when they are. It’s a lot of money for poor service. You would get the same service for $500. I paid close to $2k. The benefit is the simulation but then after that the on road lessons are far between and you’re expected to get those practice hours. For two working parents and an active teen, that is difficult. Don’t spend the money. Do your research, I wish I would have. This business should consider investing in technology to make it easier to schedule drives. Lord knows, they make enough profits. The only reason why I’m not putting a one star is because my daughter said the driver teachers are nice.
