Rental staff were very cordial and provided us with a little upgrade. The only drawback was that downloading a drivers license was not workable on our home desktop.

The appointment was easy to book the process to pick up and drop off was easy. The only thing I didn't like is the steering on the jeep is off. Like it's wants to steer itself and you have to correct it. Makes me nervous driving it.

I booked my rental online, and the day I was supposed to pick it up, it was returned crashed. The guy went and bought a mini van so I would still have a rental vehicle for my vacation which was very appreciated. Only down side was the air conditioner in the vehicle didn't work properly.

The rental process was very easy. We rented a 12 passenger van and didn't have any issues. Only downside was the smell. It had an unpleasant odor that never went away. The inside of the van could have been a bit cleaner. I vacuumed it before we left on our trip.

There were almost no issues with this rent-a-car service located in Genk, Belgium. The rented Corsa was quite new and tidy. The prices are relatively moderate and affordable. The office location is convenient and accessible. Remarks: - The staff could have been more responsive and helpful - The daily distance limits are pretty strict - The deposit policy could have been more flexible
