Horrible experience. I booked an appointment and paid in full, only to be informed an hour before that they wouldn’t be arriving. The best they could offer was an appointment in two days, which completely defeated the purpose. Very unprofessional. On top of that, they said it would take 5-10 days to refund my money. Extremely disappointed.

I scheduled an IV for a fixed time on their scheduler on their website but came to find out that it really does not mean anything. They were not able to get my time and we’re trying to switch to a time that would not work. I wound up canceling and hopefully we’ll be able to get my money back.

Paid, but they didnt take my appointment and it left me scrambling a day before my wedding.

I never completed the order and somhow the payment went through. I've never received anything. Looiks very fishy

Did not listen to directions, nurse intended an event with high profile and went rogue. Did not communicate with us or get proper credentials

While my nurse, Jill, was polite and communicated well at first, the overall experience with Drip Hydration in Boston was disappointing. She came unprepared and had to leave to retrieve additional supplies. When she returned, she attempted to insert an IV five separate times, leaving me bruised and in pain. I was then told the visit was non-refundable, despite the fact that the service was never completed. After pushing for a refund, Jillian offered to Zelle me some money herself — which felt unprofessional and made me uneasy. She also mentioned she wouldn’t be paid either, which only added to the discomfort of the situation. While I might consider trying Drip Hydration again in the future, I will not use their Boston team. This experience did not reflect the level of care or professionalism I expected nor have read in the reviews.
