Terrible service, I inquired about a Iron Infusion 3 times calling them and being told "we will forward you inquiry" with no follow up whatsoever on any occasion. I sent my blood work and the person reviewing had no idea what they were doing. Honestly it was the most incompetent "service" I have ever experienced from all 3 representatives. Ended up going to ASAP IV's which helped me with my iron infusion immediately.

Money grab!

No one ever contacted me back they just took my money

you should be able to edit appointments from your portal and be able to contact customer service over the phone

It allowed me to make an appointment and pay $378.00, then was messaged saying they had no one available , then asked me to reschedule. When you’re sick and have been throwing up 12 hours and the place gives you false hope of help… so I waited till the next day and had my normal lady Aubrey come from a different place. It’s not right to patients to present false hope of help, I’m not sure who didn’t want to work but I hope they enjoyed the 1⭐️ and still don’t have my refund yet 3 days later.

When I booked the service, I selected a specific time for the booking. I was told that I would be assigned a nurse and they would get to our location by the set time. Instead, there was no one assigned and I didn't hear anything from dispatch until after the scheduled time. Ten minutes after our nurse was supposed to arrive, I called dispatch and they told me that there wasn't anyone available. Extremely unprofessional and poor service. If you don't have someone available, you need to let your customer know ASAP so they can book a different service.

Really frustrated, at first I tried to call to book an appointment and I was told I have to book online and can’t call to book even though there as a “press one for booking” option. I went online and I scheduled an appointment in New York. And not being from the area who knew there were two 1717 broadway locations. The address auto populated when booking. the nurse called when she arrived but she wasn’t in the correct location. I tried calling the number I was given and no one answered. When I finally received a call back I asked to cancel because I didn’t want to wait an additional two hours. I then received an email that was being charged in full (including the tip) for a service I never received.

Do not go here. They make you pay ahead of time, and then, after the consultation, if you aren’t happy with the offer, they keep $250 as a cancellation fee. It's a total joke.
