Exceptional Experience with DRIP: Streamlined Funding and Outstanding Customer Care
We have been working with DRIP since December 2022, and our overall experience has been fantastic. The customer care at DRIP is exceptional, with a dedicated account manager always available to attend to our needs. Our first account manager, Pablo, was good, but communication improved significantly with our new account manager, Pejush Hal. Pejush is incredibly informative and helps us secure funding promptly. When we first started with DRIP, the lead time for funding an invoice was 1-2 days. However, with the recent improvements to the online portal, the entire funding process has become more streamlined, enabling same-day funding, even when onboarding a new supplier. We wish DRIP continued success and look forward to maintaining this relationship in the years to come.
