July 8th, 2026 I placed an order to try one of their products. I received a confirmation email with USPS tracking that the order would be shipped. Currently July 20th the order has not be shipped. Current tracking update: USPS Awaiting Item. July 17th I used their website chat to request an update. No response. I sent another request July 20th requesting cancellation and refund of money since there is no response from the company and the order is still not shipping.

This company sells Hydrogen Water, after cancelation of my order, they kept charging me on my credit card, i called them many times and sent emails, they have assured me that they stopped the Recurring card payments! I am not sure what is going on with this company?
