Absolutely shambles of a company. The CEO is incompetent and doesn't know what he's doing. Managers are managing areas they know completely nothing and can't assist when you need it. All managers are out for themselves and don't really care about you nor even really try and help you. Please save yourself and apply somewhere else where you'll be appreciated.
