I have never received my product it’s been over a month. Tracking does not work and shows stuck in random place in “country of delivery” first two weeks it was stuck I think in costumes in Switzerland. Every time I complain I want a refund I get the so sorry your product has shipped. Just going to leave bad reviews everyday till I get bored and move on

They added an extra fee after I submitted my payment. The product is so flimsy and ill fitting! The clasps won't stay closed. My breasts fall out the bottom. They are theives! I can't get a refund, even though their product is useless! Do not buy from them.

DO NOT ORDER!!! This company are the WORST. Absolute THIEVES. I ordered the bras ONLY because their site said I could return (at my own cost) for a refund if I wasn't happy. The bras are rubbish. VERY small cups, poorly made and NO support. Now I'm trying to return I've been met with a barrage of arguments and obstruction. I have opened a Paypal dispute and will fight them with everything I have. (I have about 12 emails as proof of their attempts to just get me to give up and accept a few dollars of compensation to 'keep' them)

Very bad company and they're running on a scam basis since I wanted to return a bra bought from this company for euro20 and it was not what it was advertised in Instagram when I received the item. Super bad quality and workmanship, not even worth a dollar with this product and when I requested a return retour ticket with a full refund they offered me USD4 instead of my full refund but yet they refused to refund when photos and proof provided. This was their company policy : WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED? Did you receive a faulty unit or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order? Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. This is one of those China scam companies. They advertised a bra at $8.99, but charged $14.99. Then they added more shipping charges after my payment went through. The tracking they gave me showed my package was coming to the US from Sweden, but PayPal shows they are in China. The tracking was bogus. After a month they emailed me an urgent warning to contact my post office as there was a problem. Now their tracking showed it was already destroyed the week prior. I filed a dispute with my bank.

These took forever to be delivered, but that's not the worst part. They are absolutely worthless. Complete garbage!!!!! There is no support and it keeps nothing in. What a waste of money!! Do NOT buy this product! I'd give it ZERO stars if it was an option.

Die BHs sind schrecklich. Bin nach der Größentabelle gegangen und es war komplett Müll. Cup viel zu klein und Unterbrust zu groß. Mein Versuch das ganze umzutauschen gestaltet sich auch als schwierig. Immerhin bekomme ich freundliche Antworten. Aber was will ich mit 5$, wenn ich 40$ bezahlt hab? Nicht da kaufen! Sogar auf Temu gibt es bessere BHs und auch der Umtausch klappt da besser!
