worst excuse for a company on earth
This company is utterly disgusting. We purchased sleepers through them that were horrific quality. I returned Then under their warranty. Their joke of a customer service manager gaslit me on multiple occasions telling me how great their product is and how I’m wrong about the quality. However, they did offer a refund. That is, AFTER I return A free item to them that I didn’t want or ask for. Until then, they’re keeping my items, but holding my money hostage. I have Never been so disgusted by customer service in my life. Shop literally with anyone else.
