I’m giving this company 2 stars only because their products are wonderful and truly work. The problem is you never get your order. There is no response to emails (the response got lost just like the order). You cannot actually get through by phone and your chat is answered by a bot who eventually connects you to a live person ~ be sure to have something to occupy your time while you wait for that. And finally, the shipping department’s “machine” goes down and is unable to process orders. I guess the machine was down for 9 days. Such a disappointment.

Its such a shame that the high end products are not supported by anyone who cares. Numerous emails. Inattentive response. Aired on 2 x follow ups. Could be a fabulous organisation, so its such a shame.

I have experienced nothing but positive results with anything this brand offers. It does what the bottle describes. Even more interesting is the background of the Doctor John Christopher and his history and genius to where he has his own school for herbalist and natural healing. Very great product and highly recommend.
