I wanted to cancel my account; the cancel account page was down every time I tried to click on it. I send 3 emails to customer service; they did not answer any of them. I now have to file a complaint with PayPal to get my money back.

Stay away from these people. They promote a trial and then charge you immediately upfront and run with your money. Careless so called “customer service” once they got your money they are running with it to the hills. Shady as you can get.
