Dough and his team are very knowlegeable and gives us alot oa value. He keeps us going with participating in the community while you continue with your training. Giving us incentive to engage with people in this community and making sure we complete to unlock the next training is a smart way to do it. I highly recommend him and his team.

Doug is great, I loved how he made the experience personal by commenting on my homework assignments. The gamification of his challenge definitely meant that I participated more, and was a great example of how to run that in our challenges. Overall, I suppose I expected more tactical help because this was a paid challenge rather than a free one. The stories and frameworks for shifting our beliefs about our abilities and businesses were helpful, but the "how-to" sections of the challenge felt a little rushed. More value upfront for me means I'd be more likely to participate in other challenges or programs. I feel like I learned more "tactically" from being in the challenge than from the challenge material so far.
