Burnout is a sneaky thing. I thought I knew how to work and yet I ended up burned out again. Burnout Breakthrough program gives you the tools and techniques to find your way out of burnout. The two best things I like about the program is that I got to understand how to deal with disturbing thoughts and emotions. Scott has great coaching experience and I would recommend the program to anyone who wants to find their work compass back. For me it was a great decision impacting both my work and family live.

I had an excellent experience with Burnout Breakthrough. The video content was very relevant and combined with the weekly coaching calls, it helped with my constant overwhelm as a small business owner.

I was struggling, again. I enrolled in Burnout Breakthrough and started working through the content. After a few modules, I realized that I was completing the modules but not actually incorporating the lessons and insights into my daily living. When I made that transition, everything changed. One action and insight led to another then another. Burnout breakthrough has been key to cascading changes in my life. I feel like I am living my whole life now with less fear and more eagerness for whatever comes next.
